Refresh pre-prod

Data on pre-prod does not have up-to-date data for an investigtation. (For data analysis, please use the analytical or modernisation platform.)

To refresh the pre-prod environment with the current up-to-date production data.

Warning Do not execute during deployments, migrations and load spikes.
