LastPass Access

LastPass is a secure password manager that stores usernames and passwords in one safe place, called a vault. The following kinds of accounts are stored in LastPass.

  • Azure Enterprise Admin accounts for Devl, PreProd and Prod tenants.
  • Accounts used to create and onboard subscriptions in ALZ.
  • Miscellaneous accounts in the shared technology sapce (AWS, Networks, Palo Alto).

Getting access to LastPass:

  1. Request access to LastPass by sending email to LastPass admin team and copy Nick Walters. A sample email could be:

    • “I am part of Technical Operations looking after Azure Landing Zone (TechOps-3LS-CloudOps). I need access to LastPass to store and retrieve credentails used to manage Azure Landing Zone.”
  2. Provided you are in the mentioned group you will receive an invite to activate LastPass Access.

  3. Once LastPass access is activated, reach out to Enterprise Architecture team lead by Matthew White to request acces to the Shared-Azure-Landing-Zone Folder under LastPass.
