DHCP Overview

Automatic device configuration of MoJ DNS. This service helps devices when connected at sites reach the internet.

This allows Public internet connectivity for prison staff to enable modern devices

Principles

Enable onsite support staff to manage local devices through an online portal.

Tools

The DHCP service uses ISC Kea containers running on the AWS ECS Fargate service.
