Onboarding Checklist
The intended readership of this page is new joiners to the team and the hiring Manager, the page illustrates Checklist to follow smooth Onboarding.
Step - 1 (Line Manager)
Request following items:
Developer laptop
User account(@justice.gov.uk)
Gmail account(@digital.justice.gov.uk)
Step - 2 (Line Manager)
Send instructions on how to obtain password from support desk via personal email before the start date.
Arrange a call to kick-off onboarding process with the new joiner on the start date
Step - 3 (New joiner)
- Install tools as detailed here
Step - 4 (New joiner)
- Follow README on this repo
Step - 5 (New joiner)
- Install Docker Desktop from here. Allow docker to be run by the authenticated user on your machine(run>compmgmt>local Users and Groups>docker-users>add authenticated users)
- Configure AWS Vault as detailed here

Slack Channel
Service Now
Confluence
PasswordManager (1Password) with access to the
Common Technology Services
